We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance whenever possible. However, we understand that last-minute events happen. If our staff and equipment are available, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely! We carry both General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance. Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) directly to your venue.

No. California law does not allow us to sell alcohol as a Mobile Bartending service. However, we are happy to create a customized shopping list with recommended quantities based on your guest count and drink menu. Once the alcohol is purchased, we'll handle the rest.

Sodas, juices, syrups, garnishes, cups, straws, napkins, coolers, bar tools, and portable bar rentals.

Common mixers and garnishes include:

Absolutely! We can customize your menu to include additional signature cocktails. Additional cocktails may affect pricing based on ingredients, preparation, and service requirements.

We understand that plans can change. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future event, subject to availability. Rescheduling is available based on staff availability. 

Yes! Our bartenders bring their own professional bar tools, including shakers, bottle openers, pour spouts, wine keys, and more. We can also recommend or provide portable bar rentals if needed. Even a simple table with linens can create an excellent bar setup.

Permit requirements vary by venue and location. Private events at private residences generally do not require permits. Public venues, parks, or events open to the public may require additional permits to sell alcohol. 

For private parties and corporate events, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For weddings and larger events, we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons.

For full bar service, we typically recommend one bartender for every 50–75 guests. For 100 guests, two bartenders provide efficient service and shorter wait times. Additional staff may be recommended for complex cocktail menus or high-volume events.

We proudly serve San Diego County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. Travel beyond these areas may be available upon request.
